三尖瓣
三尖瓣（tricuspid valve）又称右房室瓣（right atrioventricular valve），是哺乳动物心脏内由三个锥形尖瓣组成的阀门，位于右心房和右心室之间。三尖瓣的三片瓣膜附于右房室口周缘，借腱索连于右室壁乳头肌，主要作用是阻止右心室的血液逆流回右房，即只允许从右心房到右心室的单向血流。

功能
编辑三尖瓣作为单向瓣膜，功能是在舒张期时允许血液从右心房流向右心室，并在右心室收缩（心收缩期期间）时关闭，以防止血液从右心室回流（逆流）到右心房。它在心室舒张期间打开，允许血液从右心房流入右心室。血液回流也称三尖瓣逆流。 三尖瓣逆流可导致心室前负荷增加，因为回流回心房的血液增加了在下一个心室舒张周期中必须泵回心室的血液量。 长时间内右心室前负荷增加可能会导致右心室扩大（扩张）[1]，如果不及时纠正，可能会发展为右心衰竭[2]。
